THE PARTNERSHIP OF PUBLISHING & EDUCATION

What do the education and publishing departments have in common? Christ’s Objects Lessons. When this book was first published and sold, it was for the purpose of advancing the Seventh-day Adventist educational system. New schools were built and existing schools were relieved of their debts through the sales of this book in particular.
Students as well as adults provided a double blessing by canvassing Christ’s Object Lessons. It clarified the teachings of Jesus’ parables to those outside the church and the proceeds enabled our children to be taught of the Lord.
What a pity that many of us inside the church are unfamiliar with the lessons in this book. More pitiful still is that many parents are “unable” to afford Adventist education, while we are largely neglecting a proven method of making our schools more affordable.
